Subject: When a request is loaded on the ship screen, the items codes are not in order
Summary:

Bula Vinaka Alvis

Bargain Box has advised that the item codes does not appear in ascending order on the shipping screen as it does on the request screen after its submitted. And this issue is only happening in 5 locations (Savusavu, Sigatoka, Nadi 2, Rakiraki, Valelevu), whereas other branches are okay.

To resolve this, we have tried the following:

  1. On Rakiraki branch
  2. Uninstalled Linksoft
  3. Deleted the Link Technologies folder from Program Files (x86)
  4. Re-installed Linksoft and LinkWeb
  5. Pasted update 008
  6. User logged in and created a request and saved it
  7. The requested had the item codes displayed in order
  8. When the request was received at the Bulk Location, the order was jumbled on the shipping screen

Please review and advise.

Regards
Aarti
