Summary:    

Bula Alvis

We have reproduced an issue in V12, where when an employee is added manually on the TNA Timesheet screen and then when the Timesheet Import Log Report is generated filtered by Employee, Territory, Branch, and Cost Centre, no records is displayed.

Refer steps:

  1. Created demo database
  2. Navigated to TNA Timesheet
  3. Created record for 9/12/2020 for employee E001
  4. Territory: All Region [1000], Branch: Default Branch [DEF] and Cost Centre: Baroda [12.30]
  5. Saved the record
  6. Generated the Timesheet Import Log Report is generated filtered by Employee, Territory, Branch, and Cost Centre ---> no records is displayed

1. The following changes were made(Include Database object names, Program classes and any other relevant information):

  1. Changed the following reports to filter Territory,Branch,CostCentre on time entries instead of employee profile.
    1. TNA Timesheet (Import Log) Report
    2. TNA Timesheet (Weekly) Report
    3. Time Entries (Payroll) Report
    4. Payroll Timesheet - Weekly Report
    5. Payroll Timesheet Report

2. Affected Areas:

  1. TNA Timesheet (Import Log) Report
  2. TNA Timesheet (Weekly) Report
  3. Time Entries (Payroll) Report
  4. Payroll Timesheet - Weekly Report
  5. Payroll Timesheet Report

3. The issue was caused by:

  1. Territory,Branch,CostCentre filter was based on the employee profile instead of time entry
