Justification
  1. Manufacturing companies pay out Sick Leave balances at the end of the year
  2. Need to upload large transactions (100+) and mark them as Sold as these are not physically taken
  3. "Leave Application" template cannot be used as Transactions need to be marked as Sold

  2. File format - See figure 1 below
