Summary: | Customers using POS have to save files manually in the "Link Technologies" installation folder. This is difficult for customers to do especially when they have limited IT knowledge. |

| Here is an example of how this can be used: - Create a Folder called "POS Images" in the file manager and upload JPG files
- Set the folder for Display Images in POS to the "POS Images" folder ("C:\Program Files\Link Technologies\LinkWEB\App_Data\FileManager\POS Images")
- Users can now maintain the POS Images file using the File Manager

| Hi Alvis, I have tested the case with version 11.5.0430: - I was unable to upload images . Error: The file extension isn't allowed.
- It was identified that the default path is "File Manager" in comment 2. This not the same in the install for UAT. Refer to Figure 1.
To confirm, I tried after re installing LinkSOFT again. Test Setup Server - LinQA4 Database - LINKSOFT-DEMO-11-RASHNA Figure 1: File Import
