  1. Add a button to submit the request
  2. Workflow is: New -> Submitted -> Approved or Rejected -> Close

Increase  / Decrease Card Limit - Once approved, the system will change the credit limit on the customer's profile

  1. The credit limit for customer 0004 is 8247.
  2. Create a new request to "Increase  / Decrease Card Limit /".
  3. Set the new limit as "5000" and approve the request.
  4.  This should update the limit on the "Customer Profile".

  1. Customer 0002 has a fleet card with an expiry date as of 12/05/2017.
  2. Create a new request to "Revoke an existing card".

    2. We cannot make the workflow consistent as some request types such as complain/enquiry cannot be approved. Documentation is updated with the workflow that is available for each request type.
