Subject: Email fails with message "Missing or Empty FROM Address" in some installations
Summary:    Email fails with message "Missing or Empty FROM Address" in some installations. This is caused when the company level "From Address" is not configured.

PART A - Development work for this case has been completed.

1. The change will be available in version: 15.60 and 15.50.241004

2. The following changes were made (Include Database object names, Program classes, and any other relevant information):

  1. Corrected the issue where the "Email FROM Address" is picked up from the WEB.CONFIG file if the company level configuration is not set.

3. Affected Areas:

  1. Emails

4. The issue was caused by:

  1. "Email From Address" was not always picking from the Web Config when the company level configuration is missing.
