Subject: There could be a mismatch between Calendar "For Year" and "Leave" "For Year" where "Leave Allocation" is in a different calendar to the Standard Year
Summary:    

There could be a mismatch between Calendar "For Year" and "Leave" "For Year" where "Leave Allocation" is in a different calendar to the Standard Year.

Example:

  1. Calendar year "Jan 2025 to Dec 2025". For Year is 2025.
  2. Leave Allocation from "March 2025 to Feb 2026. For Year is 2026
  3. Pay processed in March 2025 will try and find and accrue leave allocation "for year" 2025 instead of 2026

PART A - Development work for this case has been completed.

1. The change will be available in version: 15.60 and 15.51.250130

2. The following changes were made (Include Database object names, Program classes, and any other relevant information):

  1. If there is no leave allocated on the "Payroll Year", we use the current leave allocation. This is done to prevent the Accrual from being missed.

3. Affected Areas:

  1. Payroll Leave Accrual
