We did a site visit and diagnosed the issue.
It was identified that the Employee's Bank Account details were uploaded with Bank Description in the Bank Code field. After correcting this the issue was resolved.

Below are the steps to replicate the issue;- Create Employee Profile [Employee Profile -> Employee Maintenance]
- Create Bank [Company Administration -> Bank]
- Bank Code: Samoa Commercial Bank
- Description: Samoa Commercial Bank
- Upload Direct Credit Details using the template "EmployeePayDirectBank.csv"
