Subject: | Improve "Course Feedback" response functionality |
Summary: | Currently, the course feedback design does not give value to the software. Verified in version 11. For example, - Navigate to "Link Web - Employee Profile - Training Feedback". Expand into the details:
- In the demo database, log in as "Admin" and go to "Training Feedback".
- Expand into the details of the course "Computing Essentials".
- "Course Feedback" questions are listed there.
- Concerns
- There is a field as "Initial Value" for the course feedback. This is not applicable, we do not set an "Initial Value" anywhere in the system.
- Users can edit and enter a "Value" for the feedback.
- There is no definition as to what the value is.
- If a question is "Did the training content explain concepts and information clearly?"
- Users cannot enter a sentence to explain. No "Text Field" or "Notes" option.
- Users A can enter a value as 4 while user B as 50. How can this be analysed?
- Also, feedback of 4 does not give a clear answer to the question "Did the training content explain concepts and information clearly?"
Suggestions - Add option to enter text
- Remove "Initial Value"
- If we are including values, we need an option to define what the values present.
