| PART A - Development work for this case has been completed. 1. The change will be available in version:12.40.0413 2. The following changes were made(Include Database object names, Program classes, and any other relevant information): - ALL RM Forms have been reviewed and the following has been done:
- "Applicant Profile" form has a configuration to limit the number of records as well as a Search filter. There is no change to this form.
- "Interviews" form shows only the VACANT list. We have changed the title to say "Interviews for positions that are Vacant"
- "Vacancy Applications" form shows POSITIONS that are VACANT list. We have changed the title to say "Vacancy View for positions that are Vacant"
- "Vacancy Manage" form shows all vacancies and can have performance issues. We have added a full-text search with a "Show All" checkbox. By default, only Vacant vacancies are shown. The user can use the checkbox to show ALL cacancies.
