Hi Sanjay, Can we have a fix the below issue, All Version 13 clients are affected.

Hi Sitla, we are unable to reproduce the error in the Demo Environment. Can you refer to Helpdesk Guidelines on logging defects?.

I will change the status of this case to "To be assigned" as the issue is not in the current version demo environment.

The issue occurs only on certain reports.

When printing Label 40x25 to PDF or XPS, we get a Divide by Zero Error, however, we can Export to PDF then print.

  2. All reports are not showing the Barcode, however, this is not an issue on any of the QA machines. - Further investigation required
