OHS Committee

  1. Add employee "E022" as a member.

  4. Generate the "OHS Committee Report" and the report should print the record for "E022".
  5. Void the record for employee "E022". 
  6. The details for "E022" should be removed from the report.
  7. Users should be able to search for a member by "Code" and "Name" on the form.

  1. Add an incident record. This should be saved with the next incident number from 233.
  2. Expand into the details and verify that the "Incident", "Cause", "Action" and "Notes" has been updated.
  3. Validate that the record is correctly updated in the "OHS Incident Listing" report. 
  4. Void the record for the incident, validate this is updated in the "OHS Incident Listing" report.
  5. Users should be able to search for an incident by "Code" and "Name" on the form.
Validation
  1. Users should not able to save a record without adding the required details.
  2. The "Branch" field should only load "Active" branch codes.

Fails.

  1. The "Branch" field loads "Void" branch codes in the dropdown.

Claim Type

  1. Add new claim as "C001" - Prescription Payout.
  2. Add notes as "Employee is paid $30.35 for prescription purchase"
  3. Save the details. This should be added without errors.
  4. Void the record for employee "C001". 
  5. Users should be able to search for a member by "Code" and "Name" on the form
