| Development work for this case has been completed. The change will be available in version: 11.0.0710 1. The following changes were made(Include Database object names, Program classes and any other relevant information):| - Added "EsclationStatus" to "escalation rules"
- Changed the "Escalation" process to create the comment with the escalation status.
