Make the menu description and page label consistent. The menu reads "Outcome" and page label is "Appraisal Outcome".

Appraisal

  1. Generate appraisal for date 14/05/2019 and template "MGMT".
  2. The performance indicators should be correctly updated for the appraisal.
  3. Enter the "Employee", "Manager" and "HR" scores this should be saved without errors.

Fails

  1. Create an appraisal with date 13/05/2019, template = Management and territory 1004. This only creates the appraisal for employee E008, however, employees E030, E013, E017, E021 and E019 are also in the territory 1004.
  2. Click on the "Create Appraisal" button after creating an appraisal it does not reset the filters, previous options are loaded.
  3. The overall score is not updated in the appraisal header.
  4. Void "Outcomes" are loaded for the "Potential field" under " Performance Appraisal - Appraisal - Potential"
  5. Inactive employees are loaded for selection in the "Appraised By" field.
  6. Create a new "Job Description" as JD001. Do not use this anywhere in the system. Create an appraisal for JD001 nothing happens. Can we add validation for the JD dropdown?

Performance Plan

  1. Create a new performance plan for employee E029. This should be created without errors.
  2. Add "Measure" for the plan
  3. Add "Development Plan" for the plan
  4. Add "Action Plan" for the plan.
  5. Users should be able to delete the "Measure", "Development Plan" and "Action Plan".
  6. Users should be able to "Void" and "Activate"  a record.
  7. Verify details are correct in the "Performance Plan Report" 

Fails,

  1.  Void KPI Indicators are loaded under Performance Appraisal -> Performance Plan -> Measure -> KPI Code.
  2. Void KPI Measures are loaded under Performance Appraisal -> Performance Plan -> Measure -> Measure Code.
  3. Void "Course Code" are loaded under Performance Appraisal -> Performance Plan -> Development Plan-> Course Code.

    2. Create appraisal templates can only be cleared if they have a blank record in the lookup.  Can we discuss this when system testing
