Steps to Replicate - Navigate to "Helpdesk Survey - Manage Survey" in the demo database.
- Go into the details of case 9239.
- Click on the "Complete Survey" link.
- The following error occurs:

| Development work for this case has been completed. The change will be available in version:11.004 1. The following changes were made(Include Database object names, Program classes and any other relevant information): - Corrected the javascript to load the survey page.
2. Affected Areas: - Helpdesk ~> Complete survey
3. The issue was caused by: - javascript was incorrect.
