Summary: | Some error logs are very long ad when these errors occur multiple times, the email becomes very cryptic. To resolve, we send the first 100 characters of log_data when the status is Error. |

The following changes were made(Include Database object names, Program classes, and any other relevant information): - When Event Log entry is "Error", "Critical", we trim the log Data to 100 characters
