Under Role Menu Access, when Menu Code "TM002-A - TNA Setup - Can edit TNA "Rules" in menu "Time Management -> TNA Setup" is disabled, Users can still go to menu TNA Setup -> Rules, expand the Rule Code E.g. A001 and edit Module Configurations.

The following changes were made (Include Database object names, Program classes, and any other relevant information): - Added check to Configuration items under TNA Setup items
