Position - Assessment Criteria

Assessment Criteria records selection criteria for a position. Assesments for a position is mapped into Employee Self Server as interview questions.

Steps to add Assessment Criteria:-

  1. Go to the Assessment Criteria Tab for a position.
  2. Click on the "Insert" icon
  3. Select the respective Assessment Code. This is a lookup field, double click and select the code. Assessment codes are maintained under "Skill ".
  4. Enter the weight for the assessment.
  5. Save
