This Menu stores Product Category details.

 

Product Category contains the following types of information:

 

Fields Description
Category Code

Set of alphanumeric values to uniquely identify each Product Category.

Description

 Detailed description for the Product Category Code.

 

 

Steps

  1. Select the Add New Record icon or select CTRL + N and a new line of record will be created to fill in the Category details.

  2. Enter Category Code – Unique code to identify each Category.

  3. In the Description field, key in a detailed description for the Category Code.

  4. Click on the Sub Category detail button to enter the detail information for the sub category within the category selected.
