The Performance Scores entity creates a scale that is used to record minimum and maximum values that an employee's score in their Employee Appraisal will fall. For example, you could create a Performance Score called 'Satisfactory' with Minimum and Maximum values specified of '2.5' and '3.5'. You can use any numbering or value system that is consistent with the needs of your organisation.
When an employee's scores for Business Objectives and Performance Standards are averaged in Employee Appraisals , LinkHR uses the ranges specified in this entity to place the employee into the appropriate Performance Range.
Performance Score contains the following types of information:

Min Score | Enter the lowest value that applies to this range. For example, '0'. |
Max Score | Enter the highest value that will fall into this range. For example, '1.5'. Any score that is over 1.5 will never fall into this range. |
