Employees are normally appraised annually on the basis of their performance in specific areas. Appraisals look at the performance of an employee in accordance to the stated business objectives of an organisation. They also look at the applied and exhibited Performance Standard shown by the employee.
Before editing the Maintain Employee Appraisal entity, you need to ensure that you have generated Employee Appraisals using an appropriate Appraisal Type. This is because the records that you enter scores for are pulled through from the Appraisal Type that you select.
