LinkHR captures information such as Job Specification, Duties, Minimum Qualification and Minimum Training required for a particular position.
The Job Description is tagged to a Position. When the position is advised through LINK Recruitment Management, the job description is integrated with the vacancy to outline the components of the position.
Additionally, sending a copy of the job description to potential applicants will help reduce the amount of feedback from applicants unsuitable for the position.
