Template
Maintenance is used to create induction contents for different levels
or department of employee. For example,

"Casual" staffs have induction on "Health and Safety" and
"Personal
Management".

"Full Time" staffs have induction on "Health and Safety", "Company",
"Policies and Procedure" and "Personal Management".

Therefore, users can create two separate templates with
required modules for
induction.
Steps to add
Template

Click on the "Green Plus Sign". This will open the
"Edit Form".

Enter below
details.

Enter a template "Code". "Code" is a unique
alphanumeric code to uniquely identify each record.

Enter the template
"Description".
-
Enter "Notes" to add
additional information.

Save. Click on the
"Floppy Icon".

Use the "Red X" to "Void" a
record.
-
Void records will be "Disabled" and
will not appear in any lookups.

Edit the record and "Un-tick" void to activate
a record.

Expand into the details
to add "Modules ".

Click on the "Green Plus Sign". This will open
the "Edit Form

Select the "Module"
from the list.

Save. Click on the
"Floppy Icon".

Expand into the details
to add "Notes" and " Attachments
".
